1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yatralo.com and all related services offered by Yatralo ("Yatralo", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our role

Yatralo acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, railways, transport operators and activity providers ("Suppliers"). When you book through Yatralo, your contract for the travel service is with the Supplier, and their own terms of carriage or conditions of stay also apply. We are responsible for facilitating your booking and providing support, but not for the services delivered by Suppliers.

For holiday packages assembled and sold by Yatralo, we are responsible for arranging the components described in your itinerary.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or booking.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at neeraj@yatralo.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Bookings & pricing

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or e-ticket from us with a booking reference.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes and fees displayed at checkout.
• Fares and availability are dynamic and set by Suppliers. Prices may change until payment is completed.
• In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
• Names on bookings must exactly match the traveller's government-issued ID. Name corrections may attract Supplier charges.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, wallets and EMI options as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. You authorise us to charge the total amount shown, including any convenience fee. If a payment fails or is reversed, the associated booking may be cancelled.

6. Cancellations, changes & refunds

• Cancellation and change rules depend on the Supplier's fare or rate conditions, which are shown before you pay.
• Yatralo may charge a nominal service fee for processing cancellations or changes, which will always be disclosed upfront.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once received from the Supplier. Timelines typically range from 1–7 working days after approval.
• If a Supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking, we will help you with alternatives or a refund as per the Supplier's policy.
• No-shows are generally non-refundable, except for applicable government taxes where permitted.

7. Travel documents & requirements

You are solely responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your journey, and for meeting entry requirements of your destination and transit countries. Yatralo is not liable if you are refused boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
• Use automated systems, bots or scrapers to access or extract data from our website.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on yatralo.com — including the Yatralo name, logo, design, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to Yatralo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yatralo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from acts or omissions of Suppliers, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee you paid to Yatralo for the booking concerned.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
